Services & rates

What we do — and what we don't do yet

We publish our lanes and our prices. Services are offered strictly within the credentials we actually hold.

Lane A · Open

Intake & Administrative Support

Organized intake, document preparation, scheduling, and administrative structure for people and small organizations navigating a dispute or a transition. The unglamorous mechanics, done well.

$25–35 / hour  ·  retainers $400–800 / month

Lane C · Open

Conflict Coaching

One-on-one structured preparation for a difficult conversation — at work, in a family, in a partnership. We help you clarify what you want, what you'll say, and how you'll say it.

$40–75 / hour

Lane B · In credentialing

Mediation

Facilitated mediation is part of this practice's design — and it is not currently offered. This lane opens only after completion of the 40-hour mediation training credential, targeted for December 2026.

Not offered until credentialed

Approach

How we work

In writing

Agreements, notes, and next steps are written down and shared. No conversation ends without an entry and a next step.

Credentials before claims

We offer only what we are credentialed to offer, and we say plainly where the line is. You will never have to guess.

Structured process

Every engagement has a defined scope, a rate, and a review point — agreed before work begins.

Honest limits

Coaching and administrative services are not legal advice, therapy, or mediation. When you need those, we say so and point you onward.

About

A two-person practice

The Florist Office is operated by Michael C. Seidel and Jonathon A. Long as a practice of Seidel's Services Ltd., a Colorado limited liability company.

Jonathon A. Long — Managing Director, Client Operations. Jonathon runs intake, scheduling, and client communication. When you write to us, he's the person who reads it, answers it, and walks you through what working together looks like — plain language, no runaround.

Michael C. Seidel — Principal, Practice & Standards. Michael leads practice design, service standards, and delivery. He sets the written process every engagement runs on.
